I'm on vacation in Ptown with some friends (we rented a great house for the week), and enjoying the great off-line shopping the town has to offer. We've spent a lot of time at MAP, a store our friends Oliver and Juan used to work at. The latest purchase: this really great glass decoupage tray from John Derian. If you don't have a tray at home for your keys, phone, wallet and loose change, one from Derian's "relationship series" is the perfect things. It's $154 at his store in New York, or select retailers nationwide.

John has opened a store on Law Street off Commercial St. It opened late in the season and I believe the hours are by appointment.
In addition to his decoupage line, There are many lovely gifts and items to spruce up a summertime rental or permanent home.
